Both of these solutions have very tight integration with the Canon line of multifunction products that allow users to Scan, Print and Fax all from one device.

Multifunction products help organizations consolidate their standalone printers, scanners and fax machines which help reduce costs associated with maintaining multiple devices. The integration of multifunction products into a RightFax solution further reduces cost by consolidating phone lines as well as eliminating the paper and toner associated with paper-based faxing.  In addition, organizations benefit from reduced legal risk due to the audit trail, logging and hands-off routing capabilities of RightFax.

We are also able to scan documents from the multifunction device and route them to a document management system which then gives users the ability to archive, search and retrieve documents.
