The conference will include a keynote presentation by Ken McKinney, Executive Director of Logistics at Urban Outfitters, one of the fastest growing retailers in the world. Ken will discuss specific strategies implemented over the years to accommodate their aggressive e-commerce and retail store growth. After the presentation, a break-out group discussion will be held to share and discuss best practices related to the different segments of retail distribution. Post lunch, all attendees will have the opportunity to tour Urban Outfitters' distribution center, which has been recently revamped with intelligent Warehouse Controls, Order Management, High Speed Sortation, Pack to Light, Cross Docking, and Productivity Management.
