Homeless man sleeps in a tarpaulin cave

The homeless man, known only as Jim has raved to passersby about how his sheet of tarp has protected him from the elements for a whole month.  In addition to the protection the tarp offers him, the man has said that it also lets him admire the breathtaking view from the comfort of his new home- which overlooks the stunning Tamarama Beach.

Jim has been living in his coastal shelter for the last four weeks while he waits for the Department of Housing to find him a crisis room.  Shortly he will move into a hostel room with four solid walls and some basic creature comforts, while he waits for a more permanent home.

However, one thing is for sure- the hostels view will be incomparable with the ocean view scene he currently shares with the residents of the multimillion dollar apartments that are built above his humble abode with a heavy duty tarp front door.
