2x-Super bowl Champion Jarvis Green partners with TOUCH 106.1 FM and TheYBF.com

Dec. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Denver, CO:   On December 7th, 2x-Superbowl Champion Jarvis Green launched his Jarvis Gives: Holiday Cheer Sweepstakes campaign with New England area radio station TOUCH 106.1 FM and celebrity entertainment and gossip site TheYBF.com.  A former defensive lineman for New England Patriots, Jarvis is a staunch servant in the community and was honored with the Patriots Ron Burton Community Service award in 2006. Since starting the Jarvis Green Foundation in 2007, Jarvis continues his philanthropy work to benefit the communities that he holds dear to his heart. The mission of the foundation, a non-for-profit 501(c) 3, is to provide support to single working mothers in disadvantaged, low-income areas whose lives have been affected by tragedy.  This cause is especially close to Green's heart because he has seen firsthand the struggles they face.  To that end, he dedicates time, energy and financial resources to assisting single mothers in need. As we approach the upcoming holiday, he is asking your assistance in supporting the cause; proceeds will benefit single working mothers.

Louisiana native, Jarvis Green, is a nine-year defensive lineman who has won two Super bowl rings when he played with the New England Patriots. This entrepreneur not only owned a restaurant in the past, but a catering company, liquor store and currently has a construction company.
