December 6, 2010, Great Falls, VA - Lonestar Steak House and Saloon (LSHS), a popular dining establishment known for its Texas-style sizzling steaks, has hired ITEK Construction to rebuild one of its busiest restaurants in Wilmington, Delaware.
ITEK, which specializes in restaurant construction projects, completed the project with 100% customer satisfaction.
"This project originally started as a fire-damage repair and restoration project," said Ozzie Yazgan, ITEK's young and enterprising president. Yazgan was referring to the March 2010 fire that destroyed the LSHS restaurant.
"But after we launched the restoration work, it quickly transformed into a rebuilding project," Yazgan said.
ITEK Construction not only rebuilt the popular prime-location restaurant according to an original floor-plan, but provided the tasteful interior design as well.
"The new decor package went really well with the new corporate image that the Texas-based Lonestar Steak House aimed to project at its customer base," Yazgan explained.
The LSHS restaurant is one of the many construction projects that ITEK has completed successfully in the recent years including multiple stores for Corner Bakery Cafe, Sonic Drive In, Mc Donald’s in Virginia and other states.
