Cyclescheme is the UK's number one provider of tax-free bikes for the Government's Cycle to Work initiative. Employees can make big savings on new bikes by choosing from over 1,600 independent bike shops throughout the UK and Eire once their employers have signed up for the scheme.
Handling up front deposits from clients wishing to use the scheme, Cyclescheme was looking for an online payment solution which could replace the old system of cheques and bank transfers. In addition they were hoping to accelerate the application process and ensure customers can receive their new bikes faster and with less hassle.
CreditCall was able to provide an online payment solution and reporting tool (WebMIS) which improved customer experience and cash-flow.
Gary Cooper, Cyclescheme Director commented “There's a lot of jargon and buzzwords thrown around in the card payments industry. What CreditCall achieved was to break this down so we understood the benefits of their system. Once we had the test system we could clearly see how card payments would streamline our processes and with the brilliant reporting tool we had a really neat tool for reconciliation. One point must not be overlooked, we had really tight deadlines and CreditCall had us live within 48 hours whilst other providers were quoting 6 to 8 weeks. In this day and age you need a supplier who’s pro-active rather than always reacting and that's what we got.”
Paul Sherlock, sales manager at CreditCall commented “Our administration and support is second to none. If we have a client that has deadlines we do our utmost to hit them. It demonstrates to our clients that they're important and not just a number.”
