Words and Wine Night at Kona Stories, Keauhou, Decemeber 7th, on the Big Island of Hawaii

Kona Stories is hosting a ‘First Tuesday’ Author Event on December 7, 2010 at 6pm. Talk story with authors and enjoy pupus, refreshments, and fun. This free event will be in the Keauhou Shopping center in the Courtyard by Drysdale’s.

Paul Csige, author of The Symphony of Leif. Paul is probably best known for his successful adaptation of the book Voyage: The Discovery of Hawaii by renowned historian and artist Herb Kawainui Kane into an award winning feature film, Voyagers. This is his first novel.

Duke & Nancy Kell are partners in every aspect of life and will be talking about their new novel The Point of Origin. “The answers to most of our questions have always been there, but our failure to connect the dots could mean the destruction of the human race.”

Cynthia Wicks is a broad exaggeration of herself. Her writing exemplifies this. Kindergarten for Grown-ups is her first collection of poems and short comedic prose. It is the culmination of 43 years of life and gratitude for her rich life experience.
