November 2010 Luxury Homes Sales Greater Phoenix - How the property was purchased.

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 4, 2010 - In the month of November the greater Phoenix market had 71 total luxury homes sold priced from $800,000 - over $3,000,000. This is a 9% drop in sales from last month (76 sold) and is typical during the holiday’s season. 45% of the homes were purchased with cash, 52% were purchased with conventional loan, and only 3% were purchased with creative financing.
