Mirador to Host Holiday Open House

Dec. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Mirador, a life care senior living community under construction in Corpus Christi, Texas, is serving as a public drop-off location for the Food Bank of Corpus Christi.  Throughout the month of December, Mirador will be collecting non perishable food items, with an emphasis on goods such as instant potatoes and instant stuffing.

The mission of the Food Bank of Corpus Christi is to serve the body, mind and spirit of those in need through food distribution and nutrition education.  With an estimated 19,000 people served each week by the Food Bank of Corpus Christi, donations are vital in the continued service of the Coastal Bend community.  Please let your audience know about this great program.  

Now under construction in the heart of south Corpus Christi, Mirador will be the area’s only all-inclusive life care senior living community.  Designed to enrich the lives of seniors, Mirador will feature 25,000 square feet of commons areas on a lush 17-acre campus.  The gated community will include approximately 125 customized independent living apartment homes, each with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and 24-hour emergency response system, as well as 44 private assisted living suites, 41 private rooms for dignified nursing care, and 18 private residences for memory support.
