PRLog - Dec. 2, 2010 - NEW YORK -- Divabetic, one of the country’s leading health and wellness nonprofits presents a gift bag of inspiration to encourage those living with, at risk of and affected by diabetes to live healthy and well all year round. Their holiday reminder is to make December a month to remember by eating healthy, reducing stress, staying fit, maintaining a positive attitude and enjoying “diva-style”
“We want to empower women (divas) and their families to manage and to prevent diabetes, particularly during the busiest time of the year,” states Max “Mr. Divabetic” Szadek, Divabetic’s founder and executive director. "It’s also important to connect, support and share to find comfort in knowing that there are people who understand the highs and lows of diabetes.”
