Experient Announces SWAP™, its Next-Generation Smartphone-based Lead Retrieval App

Named SWAP™, the new system leapfrogs existing smartphone-based lead retrieval systems by integrating the data collected from traditional lead retrieval devices with smartphone-based lead capture capability (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Blackberry, Android or any data-aware smartphone). Both SWAP and reader device data is reported together in an easy-to-access DecisionPoint™ dashboard which is updated within moments of user activity.  The native- or web-based SWAP app also works in offline mode, eliminating dependence upon continuous cellular connectivity to work.
