Protest Rally In DC Set As Liberian Lawmakers Push President to Secure Dr. Boley’s Release

Dec. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- December 01, 2010 – Irvington, New Jersey:   The Heritage Newspaper - Liberia reports President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has begun diplomatic inquiry into circumstances that resulted to the detention of former Liberia Peace Council (LPC) leader Mr. George Boley in the United States.  The report further states, Grand Gedeh County lawmakers Zoe Emmanuel Pennue and Rufus Gbeor renewed appeals on the heels of two separate meetings between the Grand Gedeh County Legislative Caucus and the President Sirleaf.

Although some of the information in this report is in accurate, our sources can confirm the Grand Gedeh County Legislative Caucus and these two lawmakers have started the petition for the Liberian President to intervene in the Boley immigration case.
