We are the only Hilton Head Island Hotel that offers suites with full size kitchens, fireplaces, and balconies. All rooms have interior corridor entrances. We offer three different room types. Enjoy our suite with a King Bed or Two Queen Size Beds. We also offer a unique hotel suite which is a loft that includes a queen bed and bathroom located upstairs and a sleeper sofa, living room, full kitchen and bathroom located downstairs. The Park Lane Hotel has activities to keep everyone in the family busy, whether swimming in our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, or playing a game of tennis or basketball on one of our lighted courts, you know you will enjoy your stay with us at this unique Hilton Head Island hotel. We always love coming to the South and enjoy the hospitality, and Park Lane's staff really was nice to us. They've had some work done recently by the pool. We really liked the "goony golf" place near the hotel - it's fun but challenging too (I don't golf). We didn't have to go far for anything, really, which is nice on that island since I spend a lot of time lost... Rooms have a "retro" feel or maybe they're just old. Clean, though. And they had a free happy hour during the week! If you're like us and don't have a timeshare in Hilton Head, I say go to Park Lane. My husband and I recently stayed at Park lane Suites for Labor Day weekend. I was a little skeptical at first about making reservations based on some of the reviews that I've read. We both were very pleased with the hotel. We were able to check-in 2 hours early!! Our room was very clean, we actually felt comfortable walking around with our socks off. The bed was very comfortable, it almost felt like home. The full kitchen was very nice also. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Hilton Head. the staff is EXCELLENT My husband and I stayed at the Park Lane for 8 nights and we hated to leave. The room was beautifully furnished in a Tommy Bahama motif. The bathroom had all new beige tile and the tub was new. The full kitchen was gorgeous with dramatic black stove and fridge. We love the convenience of having a full kitchen. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We travel alot and believe me, we will return.
