View our LIVE broadcast from WHAP studios while chatting with the world.  HNA Radio’s new format consists of new material from today’s commercial and emerging artists.  The show will include unsigned artists showcasing their raw talent and being critiqued live on the air by you the listener and our HNA panel.

Hottest New Artist was founded on the premise of inspiring and promoting feel good music from today's top unsigned artists.  Songs that are entered into the HNA competition will be critiqued first by our in-house HNA panel. Then if the song has hit potential it will air along side some of today’s top commercial artists. Finally the song then will be opened up for further evaluation and critique from our listening audience.
The Hottest New Artist national radio show airs on Thursdays @ 8 p.m. streaming live at hottestnewartist.com and on 1340 AM WHAP radio locally. Artists send only your best material as the world will be commenting on your songs. And to all the listeners out there in radio land you are able to call in and give me your feedback during the show at 804.458.9427. Also available on the hottestnewartist.com website is a chat service where you can leave your comments as well.  
For a limited time period songs entered into the contest may be included on the current Hottest New Artist CD production set for an early 2011 release.
The HNA Song Competition is currently seeking submissions across all genres of music including: hip-hop, r&b, holy hip-hop, gospel, country, rock, pop, metal, jazz, inspirational, alternative, comedic and many more.  The HNA Song Contest is only open to U.S. citizens, residents and U.S. military members serving overseas.
