C&M Announces Two New Appointments

Nov. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Tom Donaruma has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources. Donaruma has more than 25 years Human Resources experience serving most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources for American Insulated Wire (AIW). Prior to AIW, Donaruma was the Director of Human Resources – Distribution for Ames Department Stores.

In addition, Ron Jacques has joined C&M Corporation as a Sr. Process Engineer for the cable manufacturing group. Jacques previous experience in the wire and cable industry includes American Insulated Wire and General Cable. He also held management and engineering positions with companies such as Samsonite, Oracle Lens Manufacturing and Alden Products during his career.  Jacques earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth as well as an MBA in Operations Management/Finance from the University’s Charlton School of Business. He is also a Certified Lean/Six Sigma Practitioner.
