Dacris Software Releases Dacris Benchmarks 8.1

Nov. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Richmond Hill, ON, Canada - Dacris Software has just released the final version of Dacris Benchmarks 8.1, a popular computer benchmarking tool, allowing users to test the performance of their PCs. Version 8.1 introduces a software development kit (SDK) for .NET developers, and a new suite of tests for auditing PCs.

New features in Dacris Benchmarks 8.1 include: CPU stress test, CPU pi calculation test, Sound diagnostic test, Security audit, Video decoding test, and a .NET SDK.

Dacris Benchmarks 8.1 runs on Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP1, and Windows 7, plus Windows Server 2003/2008. It does not require elevated privileges for any benchmark tests or system information. There is also a ZIP version available for download which can be run without installation, on machines on which the user may not have administrative privileges.
