Nov. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Old Wounds is a psychological suspense novel about two teenagers who have faced almost unimaginable horrors during their childhood and the paths they have chosen to deal with the trauma. Sent to live with her estranged father in Damascus, Maryland, troubled seventeen year old Sophia Young is biding her time until school is over and freedom is hers. But running from her painful past is not as easy as she was expecting, especially after meeting a kindred spirit in Elliott Dalton, the shy, withdrawn son of a prominent doctor. In the first novel of the series, one has turned to drugs and sex to mask the pain while the other has chosen isolation. Now paired together in therapy, these two strangers must learn to heal their Old Wounds, lest their pasts destroy any hope of a future.
