(WALDORF, Md.) - Celebrity hair stylist, David Palmer will celebrate his birthday as Paul Mitchell’s Global Ambassador; Floyd Kenyatta presents the launch party for his highly anticipated Global Make-up and Hair Film Festival, which will blaze Washington, DC next summer. This exclusive night of elegance will begin at 9:00pm and will end at 1:00am at the luxurious Pose Ultra Lounge, located on the 18th floor of The Gaylord Hotel at The National Harbor.
