Nov. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Monday saw internet shopping hit £22.4 million every hour, and with only 30 days till Christmas, this trend is likely to keep on rising. So it appears to be happy days for internet retailers.

Marlon Russell, the Director of the online store Ruby Fruit said: “This is great news for all online retailers, we were worried that with Britain still being in the recession that it could be lower sales for an online store but this hasn’t been the case at all.”

Ruby Fruit is a bespoke children’s jewellery and keepsakes retailer that can design personalised jewellery for any occasion or taste. Marlon continued:  “We saw in the news that the UK economic growth had grown at a rate of 0.8%, which is fantastic, the country is slowly on the rise and getting out of the recession, and I bet this will rise even more in the last quarter, because of all the Christmas sales.”
