We all know the past few years have been a difficult time for many businesses.  Unfortunately many have had to cut back and business has been moving slowly. Reflex’s strategy of moving in different directions, however, has presented exciting opportunities which Reflex quickly jumped at.

Over the past 12 months Reflex managed to acquire two strategically located buildings in prominent central London locations.

The first property is in one of London’s trendiest and fashionable locations, Soho. 11 Greek street in W1 was acquired by Reflex in December 2009, after only 2 months the office was open and ready for business with their first clients moving in. After only 3 months Reflex had filled the beautiful Georgian style building.

The second property is located in London’s West End, 9 Percy Street, W1. The building is arranged over 5 floors with some stunning period features to go with it. Reflex were very excited when this property came about as its also located immediately next to one of Reflex’s existing properties 8 Percy Street which again runs over 5 floors.

9 Percy Street will be open for business and ready to receive clients in December this year. If we go by our previous property experience we have no doubt that spaces in the building will go very quickly, if you’re interested get in touch with us today.

Reflex started in 1999 when they realised the business of serviced offices was not accessible to SMEs and other start up clients. They saw that the type of product currently available could be simplified to cater to a more cost conscious market, seeking Managed rather than serviced space.
