But when the Hot Air Balloon is in town, it is now just wine that makes this place so popular. It is their equally famous Dawn Wine/Champagne Brunch that everybody wants to get in. The 80sm roof deck garden can only accommodate a seating of 40. This is probably the best vantage point to watch the take-offs. It is situated right next to the parking and launch site of the balloons.
