Foxx, The Siracusa Project, Heather James, Tamar St. Julien, Anthony Houston, Kels Ferguson, Adrienne Nails, Mia Boostrom, and Ashley Tucker. “Being on Community Auditions has been such an awesome experience and I've met such great musicians,” says four-star winner and 2010 finalist, Kels Ferguson. “This is no simple karaoke gig. This is the real deal and it is a total honor to be a part of it.” Community Auditions fans can have the unique experience of watching the Finals live by attending the taping on December 5. “There is a feeling you get when you are there that you can’t get when you watch it on TV,” says lead singer of Finals contender The Siracusa Project. “Being in that beautiful theater, hearing the amazing house band live, and seeing all the performers in a real setting blows away a television screen.” The live studio audience can cheer on their favorite finalists and will be the first to find out who will be crowned 2010 Grand Champion. Each episode features three New England performers competing to become the “Star of the Day” and thus eligible for prizes ranging from a new Subaru to the production of their own showcase CD by Bob Johnston, who has produced million-selling albums for such artists as Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash.
