Castle Windows Donates Turkeys To Needy Families

Nov. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- (Englewood Cliffs, NJ November 22, 2010) In a campaign to help those in need this Thanksgiving, Castle Windows will donate turkeys to families living in the tri-state area.  The turkeys will be given away on area radio stations as listeners identify families who cannot afford a Thanksgiving dinner.  The radio stations selected to participate in the program are Z-100 in New York, WEBE in Connecticut, WEZN in Connecticut and WKMK in New Jersey.
"We know how difficult it is for some families as they look to another year of grim job prospects," said Castle Window’s President and Co- Owner, Chris Cardillo."  We want to do our part to make sure that even during these tough economic times families can come together and celebrate on Thanksgiving. When I was a kid, my mother would try each year to win a turkey on the radio when we would hear the "gobble gobble" sounds.  The rotary dial phone was of no help.  We never did win that turkey, but to be able to give away turkeys to various families that are in need brings me greater appreciation for the radio stations and people that implement these programs."
Castle Windows will provide a Stop & Shop gift card to purchase a turkey and all of the fixings.
