Bringing a wealth of qui tam litigation experience to the firm, Paul Lawrence broadens our practice and deepens our commitment to excellence in legal representation of plaintiffs in complex fraud cases and class action litigation. He is a frequent speaker for Taxpayers Against Fraud, the nonprofit educational foundation supporting qui tam whistleblowers and their counsel, and currently serves as lead counsel in national class action cases involving the capital structure of electric cooperatives. Mr. Lawrence is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Texas and Washington.

David Bricker has joined the firm’s West Coast practice – Waters, Kraus & Paul – and will be working from our Los Angeles office. Mr. Bricker is a seasoned attorney and skilled advocate with extensive trial experience in complex civil matters in both state and federal court as well as in the state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Bricker’s history of success in the courtroom and his service to the community strengthens the firm’s trial talent and enhances our practice in all areas including in product liability, toxic torts, and commercial litigation.
