Deanne Belcher, RN, Joins Agility Health, Private-Pay Division of Nursing & Rehab At Home

Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Belmont, Calif., — Nursing & Rehab At Home, a San Francisco Bay Area home health care agency, announces the recent hiring of Deanne Belcher, RN, as director of client services for its Agility Health division, which offers care management and continuous care for private-pay clients.

Agility Health’s services include superior, credentialed and multifaceted care management, skilled hourly/shift nursing care (RN, LVN), rehabilitation (PT, OT, ST), and personal care services; all on a private-pay basis.  In conjunction with Nursing & Rehab At Home, Agility Health collaborates with each client’s physician to design an individualized home health care plan, with the goal of achieving the highest level of independence and quality of life.

Prior to joining Nursing & Rehab at Home, Belcher was director of professional services with LivHOME where she was responsible for care management, direct sales and mentorship of sales professionals.  Belcher has been a nurse in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from San Francisco State University.
