New Business Network Gives Hometyre A Flying Start In Chester

Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- THE recently launched Business Network Chester has enabled entrepreneur Dave Wright to give his fledgling new mobile tyre-fitting and repair business a flying start despite the current economic challenges.

Dave, 41, quit his former job in the cereals industry after 17 years to launch Hometyre, Chester, a franchise offering professional tyre repair and fitting at the homes and workplaces of clients.

Although he knew his business proposition was sound, he faced the problem of informing his potential clients in and around Chester that his value-for-money service was up and running.

“Then I heard that the Business Network Chester had a very successful launch back in June,” said Dave. “It had quickly grown into a networking group with a very healthy membership and I thought I would give it a try.”

Dave immediately picked up some business from his first meeting and wasted no time in joining the group. The following monthly meetings brought even more valuable business and at one point a Network member stood up and gave David’s service a glowing testimonial.

“Although mine is still a very small business, it was incredibly valuable getting such a great testimonial at a time when we are just pulling out of recession. I intend to remain a member of the group and attend all the monthly meetings that I can because it is such a great source of new business.

“However, the Network also offers business people a great support network. Like-minded business people are always ready to help other members with business tips and advice – something that is really helpful when you are starting out,” added Dave who lives in Brimstage on the Wirral.
