Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Born in the city of Pozzuoli (Naples), Gianfranco Terrin is considered to be the young "Al Pacino". He studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute in Los Angeles where he was the only one ever to be awarded a full 2 years scholarship by the legendary acting coach Anna Strasberg. His career started at the age of ten. He played the role of Psiello in "Round the Moons between Earth and See" directed by G. Gaudino and by the age of 16 had already appeared in the first Italian TV Series "Un posto al sole". He then played a pimp in Rosa Funzeca, the movie written and directed by Aurelio Grimaldi.In 2008 He was part of the jury of the Giffoni Film Festival and member of the jury of Miss Cinema Italy with actress Fioretta Mari and the producer Manuela Metri. In in 2007 Gianfranco was chosen by Disney to play the lead role in Disney Movie Surfers on Disney Channel, the Tv Show that goes behind the scenes of the latest Disney Movies. He also played in "Bobby Fischer Live" and "Marlon Brando Unauthorized" directed by Damian Chapa (Blood In Blood Out - Street Fighter). He is considered to be the youngest Italian working actor in Hollywood
