Bruce Springer, senior vice president of the Lee & Associates Riverside office, and senior vice president of Lee & Associates Ontario, Vince Anthony, represented the seller, Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. Formerly based in Riverside, Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. is a motor homes and manufactured housing producer. Brad Yates of Grubb & Ellis Ontario and Jeff White of Lee & Associates Ontario represented the buyer, window and door manufacturer Crystal Windows.
In response to increased market demands, Crystal Windows chose to expand manufacturing on the West Coast. The company plans to take advantage of attractive power rates offered by Riverside Public Utilities to increase productivity. The free standing industrial facility sits on 10 acres of fenced property.
