Premix Burner brings out Nova Verta spray booth performance preventing the environmental pollution

Premix Gas Burner, designed in two models RX250 and RX350 to adapt to the different climatic conditions, was studied to increase the efficiency of paint spray booths, respecting the international low concerning the environmental pollution. Its power system allows to create the perfect mixture of air and gas before the inlet inside the burner.    

The optimization of the efficiency, the premixing and a good modulation are its main features, that can satisfy the needs of high tech plants, that grow and develop continuously like Nova Verta paint spray booths. It allows to change the temperature of the flow-rate depending on the external temperature, this aspect is reflected on an improvement of the final results,  and at the same time to reduce the frequency of on/off phases with an increase in the gas burner duration. The modulation enable to identify the right quantity of fuel necessary to reach the heat required for every production stage, eliminating the main waste of energy.
