Sponsorship to provide support for portal presentation to K-12 and higher education institutions in New Jersey

Nov. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Cleveland - CampusEAI Consortium today announced their sponsorship of the NJEDge.Net Conference 7.0: Aligning the Ubiquitous Campus, to be held from November 17-19, 2010 in Plainsboro, New Jersey.

The NJEDge.Net Conference is an annual forum for the New Jersey education community to showcase, discuss and explore the changing learning environment as new generations of students place increasing emphasis on utilizing online tools such as campus portals and social media to both study and socialize. Members from both K-12 districts and higher education institutions participate in the Conference. :

During the conference, CampusEAI will be providing support and sponsorship for Brookdale Community College's presentation "One Brookdale" – A Community College's Guide to Implementing a Cost-Effective Portal Solution. The session will describe Brookdale Community College's process of selecting their myCampus portal, the strategies and results from committee representatives who were involved in the implementation phase and steps and guidelines that led to Brookdale Community College's successful implementation of the myCampus portal.

"In addition to sessions on technology in an academic environment, NJEDge.Net's Annual Conference provides an opportunity for NJEDge members to learn about services and resources available from our sponsors," said Sheri Prupis, Director of Educational Technology Initiatives for NJEDge.Net.
