New Christmas Single: "Send Yourself Home For Christmas"

Nov. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Multi-award winning vocalist, Valerie Smith has just released a new Christmas single, “Send Yourself Home For Christmas.”  The song was written by Lisa Aschmann and Joni Bishop and is reminiscent the 1940’s era of classic Christmas songs.   Valerie provides her trademark vocals and is joined by Becky Buller (fiddle, vocals); Ernie Evans (mandolin, guitar and vocals), and Bobby Davis (bass).  

“Send Yourself Home For Christmas” is now available for sale via CD Baby and other outlets.  Radio is being serviced by Airplay Direct and physical copies upon request.

On November 27, 2010, Valerie Smith & Liberty Pike will perform at the Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree, Troubadour Theatre and broadcast the following week on WSM 650 AM.  The band has several Christmas shows planned next month including the Old-Fashioned Christmas Concert in Bell Buckle, TN (12/4); A Bluegrass Christmas at LVD’s Concert Hall in Goshen, IN (12/10); Christmas Concert in Two Rivers, WI (12/11); and the Hedgehog Music Showcase in Arcadia, IN (12/12).
