By: Helen McInnes This agreement includes NCR providing around-the-clock shipment, installation, helpdesk and on-site maintenance services to enable Ipanema’s partners to achieve the highest possible levels of system availability and continuity on a global basis. “The rapidly expanding cloud computing market requires service providers to deliver cloud-ready VPN services, including global traffic control and application performance visibility,” The challenging new enterprise environment has created the need for strategic IT transformation initiatives which dramatically reduce the pressure on networks and make them less complex to implement and operate. Desktop virtualization, unified communications, web applications, video streaming, telepresence, hybrid networks and the evolution to cloud computing all require predictable, real-time, optimized and controlled network performance.
