Learn How to Value a Company with different Valuation Tools with ARC Academia (WST India)

Nov. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Irrespective of whether they want to sell their private/public company, most owners have considered one question: "How much is my company worth"?

The answer may differ from person to person, from analyst to analyst, and from buyer to seller. But How the value of that company is derived. Again the answer may vary.

Some People may use DCF Valuation to value the entity, while others may use relative valuation (valuation based on multiples of peers), some even may use multiples based on transactions that has happened in past, while some may use a mix of the above.
