Nov. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- A Los Angeles based home caretaker was accused of torching a California property owner’s garage and threatening the property owner after being asked to vacate the premises.  The caretaker had been managing the property for more than 6 months.

The Los Angeles jury was hung 10 to 2 in favor of acquittal after a 5 day trial, and the case was dismissed 3 weeks later by the District Attorney.

The Defendant was facing 3 charges:  The first was use of a destructive device and explosive to destroy property; the second was possession of flammable material and the third was criminal threats.
