Ayrsley Community Kicks Off Toy Drive Today

Nov. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- This morning the Ayrsley Community kicked off its second annual Toy Drive.  This year the drive is in conjunction with Toys for Tot’s.

“The last two years have been difficult for many people, especially on businesses and families; we understand that many need help as we approach that holiday season. We are just trying to do our part.” says Chris Stulginsky, partner of Ayrsley Town Rehabilitation and toy drive coordinator.

Residents, workers and patrons of Ayrsley businesses are all being encouraged to chip in donate a toy by going to a toy drop location.

Fintastic, Regus, Pi Kappa Phi, Ayrsley Town Rehabilitation, Wild Wing Café, Salsa’s and Mac's Speed Shop in Steele Creek have agreed to be drop locations for the community.

“We have a great community and an absolutely awesome opportunity to put smiles on the faces of many children.”

When asked of the community goal, Stulginsky simply responded, “1,000 toys.”

The drive will run from November 15, 2010 and culminate with the community tree lighting on December 4th at 4:30 pm
