HONG KONG ARM FOR NORTH ASIA.
Pay Asia Pte. Ltd. a Singapore headquartered leading Human Resource and Payroll outsourcing company, has launched its operations in Hong Kong as of 15 November 2010, as part of an ongoing effort to expand outsourcing services to the burgeoning North Asia market.
Currently operating out of Singapore, India, Dubai and Thailand, Hong Kong is the fifth operating base for Pay Asia.
Hong Kong was chosen in view of it being a preferred North Asia headquarters for many multi-national companies and its efficient business infrastructure. The proximity of Hong Kong to mainland China where the manufacturing and technology sectors are constantly expanding and the possibilities that exist with industries operating out of New Territories were also a large part of the decision.
Hong Kong has been the strongest link in the chain for business between China and the rest of Asia since centuries past. Pay Asia believes that this rich history in trade and commerce will be of strategic advantage in greater China and for our existing clients in the region, the added assurance that delivery is accurate, consistent and timely.

Tse Cheuk Pun (CP), has been appointed Vice President, Sales, North Asia for Pay Asia’s operations in the region and will be based in Hong Kong. Tse has a rich background in Business Development and a deep understanding of the outsourcing value proposition. His business familiarity and language skills will be of great value to Pay Asia in creating and securing more business opportunities in Asia. He will also lead the North Asia Unit from Hong Kong to better service this commercially important region.

Tse, has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth. He is 35 years of age, has some 16 years of experience in the sales and business development arena and is a Hong Kong resident.
