Adam Heller speaks to The San Clemente Kiwanis Club on chronic pain

Nov. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- San Clemente, California – November 11, 2010 – Yesterday, Adam Heller, of Adam Heller’s Rapid Pain Cure, spoke to The San Clemente Kiwanis Club about the crippling effects of chronic or persistent pain and how it can be easily resolved without drugs, surgery or lengthy painful treatments or exercises.  The presentation was very well received and inspired an engaging discussion about chronic pain.  Many Kiwanis members shared their own personal experiences in managing pain in themselves or with friends and family.  The majority of the participants were surprised how applicable the topic was to them and how this problem has touched so many.

People are starting to look to a new form of treatment for a very wide-spread epidemic. The epidemic is back and body pain and it is caused by Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS).  Currently, 86,000,000 adults in the United States suffer from persistent pain, typically in their back, shoulder, and knees.  98% of these cases are related to TMS.  

People suffering from Tension Myositis Syndrome go through life treating the symptoms, or pain, rather than the real cause, which is TMS.  Various experts and many studies from around the world have proven that chronic and persistent body pain is usually due to emotional distress. The pain is very real; however, these repressed emotions lead to a change in the autonomic nervous system that reduces the blood flow to the effected area.  The reduction in blood means less oxygen.  With a deprivation of just 3-5% it is enough to cause localized pain.  Change is needed at the unconscious level where unbearable emotions are buried in the unconscious mind.
