The Villas have full kitchens, which are optimal if several people are cooking for the holidays. The kitchen has plenty of room for multiple cooks especially when baking cookies with the little ones. Is a hot tub essential? The Villas has hot tub units available—wonderful way to ring in the New Year! And in regard to keeping the kids entertained, the Recreation Center has a game room, complete with arcade games and more. The Recreation Center also features WiFi and large screen television for guest entertainment pleasure.
The Villas’ Recreation Center, six river parks, and Coosawattee Library give The Villas’ guest plenty of amenities to enjoy and explore. The Recreation Center features an indoor heated pool, full fitness facility, miniature golf, tennis courts, and more. The six river parks have varying features such as fishing, play-grounds, and fire rings perfect for s’mores! Don’t forget your graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows. If you need a book to read while relaxing, the Coosawattee Library may have just what you are looking for.
Does your party have special needs? If you want to bring your dog, various units are pet-friendly. Please inquire about conditions. Additionally, dogs have the run of their very own dog park located next to the Teen Center. Keep in mind that some of the units are two stories so if a family member cannot climb stairs, request a single level unit. All parking is just outside the respective unit.
The Villas features all of the necessary bedding, dishes, and kitchen equipment, but you may want to bring a roasting pan for the turkey and baking sheets for that special holiday baked treats. Take a day to cut your own Christmas tree at one of the many Christmas tree farms in the North Georgia Mountains, such as Lowery’s Tree Farm, Whisenant Mountain Farm, and Jones Tree Farm but make sure to bring ornaments, stockings, and decorations. Consider making some pine cone and greenery decorations collected from a wintry walk. And with New Years Eve, picking up some party hats, blowers, and sparklers will help to ring in the New Year.
