Lowestoft Chronicle Pushcart Prize Nominations

Nov. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- Lowestoft Chronicle has nominated the following works for inclusion in The Pushcart Prize: Best of the Small Presses XXXVI anthology (2012 Edition): Davide Trame, “Gout”; Jeremy Rich, “Praha, Czech Republic”, Tyke Johnson, “May Prostitutes Only Take Cash”, and Jack Frey, “The Shooting Party.”

All of these works were published online between March 1, 2010 and September 1, 2010, and can be read in the archives at http://www.lowestoftchronicle.com/

About the Pushcart Prize:

Published every year since 1976, hundreds of presses and thousands of writers of short stories, poetry, and essays have been represented in The Pushcart Prize – Best of the Small Presses series, edited by Bill Henderson.

Little magazine and small book press editors (print or online) may make up to six nominations from their year’s publications. Nominations are accepted until the December 1 (postmark) deadline, with official winners announced in May.
