Players, Match-ups and Match Times Confirmed for MMTV 6

All of the players, the matches and the match times have now been confirmed for Money Match TV 6.

Nov. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- Money Match TV is a series of live pool events, broadcast solely online, that are gaining rapidly in popularity.

The next event in the series is MMTV 6 on Saturday 20th November, once again held at Vegas Bar in Wakefield, UK.

This event once again features three live streamed 9-ball pool matches with a further three matches taking place simultaneously on an adjacent table. As with all MMTV events, the winner goes home with the money and the chance to defend their 'title' next time out.

The action is available from 11:00am (UK time) with what is traditionally an undercard match, however, due to the strength of the players this time the first match could well have been a headline act.

Arfan Dad plays Neil Cummins, with Arfan looking for his third straight win on MMTV. At the same time on the outside table, Mike Gibney plays Martyn Taylor. Taylor is a relative unknown on the 9-ball circuit and has a solid foundation from snooker. Gibney is also looking for his third consecutive win.

The afternoon session (14:30 UK time) see’s Adam Smith back infront of the Cuesport TV camera’s. His demolition job of Andy Barnett at MMTV 5 makes him a player to be feared when it comes to money action, his opponent is a player who has made massive improvements to his game over the last 12 months, Shane Appleton. Once again expect a close contest with a winner very difficult to call.

On the outside table we have two MMTV debutants, Barry Briggs will play Mark Lovall.

Our headline match for MMTV 6 see’s another two debutants in Chris Melling and Scotland’s Michael Valentine. Although both players are on the GB9 Pro Tour Chris has agreed to start the race-to-21 match on -4 which opens this match right up. Chris is a renowned money player at UK 8-ball but this will be his first major 9-ball money match. His class is undoubted as he recently won the Eurotour Portugal Open.

On the other table Phil Newman continues his strong form against another young debutant in Tem Dixon from Leicester.

http://www.cuesport.tv go on air at around 10:30am (UK Time) with matches due to commence at 11:00am.
