Toll Brothers Acquires Rivington In Danbury, Connecticut

Nov. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, today announced its acquisition of Rivington (now Rivington by Toll Brothers), a luxury master plan community in Danbury, Connecticut. The master plan, originally developed by WCI Communities, Inc., will encompass 258 wooded acres and will offer four distinctive neighborhoods and up to 1,080 new townhomes, condominiums, and age-restricted residences. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a retail village.
