Tastings, open houses and a Lighthouse Grand Giveaway makes wedding planning at the Jersey Shore an experience like none other happening on April 10, 2011

Jan. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Last year brides from as far as North Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York took this self guided tour that allows first hand access to wedding reception sites, wedding service professionals and the variety of options that are available for a LBI Destination Wedding. This free event will be held Sunday April 10 beginning at 9:30am and running until 4 pm. It is open to brides and their entourages so they may meet, greet and taste their way through 11 venues located in Stafford, LBI and Tuckerton earning prizes along the way.  This year’s venues Holiday Inn Manahawkin (Registration Point), Mallard Island, Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences (scheduled event), The Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club, The Stateroom, Surf City Yacht Club and the Tuckerton Seaport (Registration Point). Pre event festivities kick off on April 9 at the mt burton gallery in Surf City as he presents Top That an exhibit featuring contemporary wedding cake toppers, brides can also enter to win the VIP Experience Contest for an overnight stay at Daddyo Hotel on April 9 along with welcome gifts provided by Camille's Floral and A Sweet Memory; the VIP Expereince entry is online at njwedding.com.

The more stops the brides make, the more signatures they get on their entry form, the better the chance for Wedding Road Show prizes featuring a Lighthouse Wedding Grand Giveaway: includes: Wedding Ceremony/Reception site at the Tuckerton Lighthouse at the Tuckerton Seaport April or November 2012 , Wedding Buffet for 80 Catered by Scojos, Wedding Invitations by Designing Your Most Inviting Day, Custom Wedding Cake for 80 by Tammy's Cake Walk, Wedding Story Video and Edit Package by J & S Video,Custom Wedding Floral Package by Camille Floral Designs and Frank's Flower and Gift Shoppe,Favors by a Sweet Memory, Photography by Portraits by the Bay and a Wedding Night Stay by JD Thompson Inn. This lucky bride has been planning her wedding with the businesses who sponsored the LBI Dream Wedding Package and will celebrate their wedding this April.

The Wedding Road Show is presented by the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism and is sponsored by wedding Industry powerhouses, The Knot, NJ Bride, Brides.com, NJWedding.com, and WedAlert.com. Radio Broadcast sponsor is Magic 100.1fm. The sponsors will be on hand at the welcome points offering prizes and samples.
