It aims to inculcate managerial and leadership skills and we follow 4 the D’s principles i.e. Discipline , Dignity, Decency and Decorum.
We at MITSOT provide healthy interactive classroom sessions. These interactive sessions constitute Case studies and Situation based learning exercises which help the student to understand the business concepts. Students also participate in open debates/general discussions on current business topics with the help of assignments like Research project, Summer internship.

Each semester is of 16 weeks.
Each semester has 6 courses (subjects).Thus in 4 semesters there are 24 courses and two projects (Summer & Research) as part of the academic evaluation.

MITSOT was formally inaugurated on 1st August 2007 and academic activities started on the same day . MITSOT is an AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) approved institution. Its program has been designed for both the experienced telecommunication technical professional and the fresher with relatively little experience in the telecom industry.
