First Lady Magazine Names Jamyla Philyaw Editor in Chief

November 9, 2010 Bowie, Maryland First Lady Magazine has named Jamyla Philyaw Editor in Chief of First Lady Magazine.  In her new role, Jamyla will be responsible for the planning and conceptualizing the publication while ensuring its accuracy for readers.  Denise Morgan, Publisher of First Lady Magazine, said “Jamyla is focused and more than capable of taking the magazine to a new level.“ Jamyla will begin in her new position as editor in chief on Monday, November 8, 2010.
