The Haute Lunch Bag, Jaxon Home & Chiaroscuro Concepts Present “Truckin Through The Holidays” C

Nov. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES – (November 4, 2010) — The Haute Lunch Bag announces their partnership with Jaxon Home and Chiaroscuro Concepts to present the “Trucking Through The Holidays” Charity Food Truck Festival.  On Thursday, November 18th, 2010, they will be hosting some of LA’s best food trucks in the parking lot of Jaxon Home at the Helms Bakery Building in Culver City. Thousands of Angeleno’s will be invited to attend this event that benefits the L.A. Regional Foodbank. To participate, food trucks will be making donations to the foodbank to help nourish those in need throughout the holiday season. From 7:00 – 9:00 PM, attendees can hop from one food truck to another, as well as enjoy offerings from local restaurants and vendors situated inside Jaxon Home’s spacious showroom. An open bar will serve up libations from various alcohol vendors, including RND Vodka.  The event is open to the public and free to attend. However, canned foods or monetary donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.

Shannon Yamasaki, founder of The Haute Lunch Bag, says of this event, “I’m so excited for this wonderful evening that will bring the community together to support an organization that does such remarkable work for our community.” For every $1 raised, the L.A. Regional Foodbank distributes $5 worth of food and product. She adds, “I’m constantly amazed and inspired by all that they achieve and am honored to support them in any way possible.”
