EzyTouch is 1001tech IPvox’s flagship software solution and is 100% locally developed in-house on a combination of open-source and proprietary technologies. It offers a full suite of enterprise-class features at a substantial cost advantage to expensive international offerings. EzyTouch facilitates businesses in IP telephony communications with their customers in a call / contact centre environment. EzyTouch is also completely scalable from small-and-medium-size enterprise (SME) usage to large enterprise situations.

EzyTouch 1.6 includes the latest enhancements:
•   Runs parallel with Asterisk version 1.6, allowing for improved conformity
•   Increased stability in the handling of bandwidth shared with other communications usage
•   Greater integration & stable interoperability with third-party applications
