We offer multiple levels of lawn care maintenance which can be custom tailored to your indiviudal needs.  Our two most popular programs are described below.



1.   Annual 12-Month Program   - Have you always dreamed of an exquisitely manicured lawn, without the constant work?  If so, our Annual Lawn Care Program is for you!  Not only does it save you time and money  but it also allows us to consistently maintain your yard and to become acquainted with your particular property, targeting the problem areas month after month, throughout the year.  By providing the highest level of attention to detail and automatically sccheduling your seasonal maintenance at the appropriate times, we'll ensure your lawn is attractive and healthy during every season.  In addition to mowing, trimming, edging, blowing and weeding year round, our annual contract also includes fall leaf clean-up, on-going site clean-up and savings on optional services, such as fertilization programs, areating and seeding, mulching, straw and pruning, etc.  Our annual programs can be customized to meet your individual needs.

2.   Per-Cut Program   - Our per-cut program is perfect for our customers who prefer to do most of their own yard maintenance and gardening throughout the year, but need assistance primarily with the tasks of mowing, trimming, edging and blowing during the growing season.   This program is ideal for homeowners that do all of their lawn care but need someone else to maintain their yards once in awhile, for example when they are on vacation or during an illness.  Per-cut pricing starts at $30 and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed.  Additonal options such as mulching, areating and overseeding, site clean up, pruning, straw, mulch and fall leaf removal are also available.

 What are my payment options?

All American Property Maintenance Customers have Multiple payment options:

•Prepay for the entire season and receive a 5% discount.  Customers must sign up by March 1st of each year to receive this discount.  Yearly price is based upon 30 visits.
•Pay per service.  Customers can choose to be billed at the end of each month, or pay by cash,check or credit/debit.
•Pay automatically with a credit card which will be kept securely on file (Monthly or at Conclusion of Service)
