Exceptional Service Earns Dexcomm National Award

Now a three-time winner Dexcomm earns the Canadian Call Management Association’s Silver Award of Excellence for three consecutive years of excellent customer service

Nov. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- Dexcomm is honored to be the recipient of the exclusive 2010 Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year. The award is presented annually by CAM-X, the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call center services including telephone answering and message delivery.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six-month period.  The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients.  Dexcomm scored 93.3% overall and placed 19th out of 84 companies to earn the coveted Award of Excellence.
