Valiant Acquires Triton HR Payroll Processing Customer Base

In addition, the establishment of an Independent Representative Agreement creates a vehicle for Valiant and Triton HR to deliver a wide range Workforce Management Products (WFMP) and services. The combination of these two transactions reinforces Valiant’s  strategy to develop a national network of Strategic Partners and to expand market share on the Valiant platform of web-based WFMPs.
