Zumiez Inc.  a specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended October 30, 2010 increased 27.3% to $31.4 million, compared to $24.7 million for the four-week period ended October 31, 2009. The Company's comparable store sales increased 21.5% for the four-week period, versus a comparable store sales decrease of 8.9% in the year ago period.  Based on better than planned sales and product margins, the Company now expects fiscal 2010 third quarter net income per diluted share of approximately $0.36 to $0.37, an increase from the previously issued guidance of net income per diluted share of approximately $0.28 to $0.30.

Vans & Yo Gabba Gabba shoe collection in stores for holiday gift giving.  The colorful cast of Yo Gabba Gabba! makes their Vans sneaker debut at better shoe stores worldwide as well as by visiting vans.com shop, as shoes begin shipping this week. Available in time for holiday gifting, the shoes come in Vans' popular Classic Slip-On and Sk8-Hi Deconstruct styles for boys, girls (sizes 10.5 through 4) and toddlers (sizes 4-10). The collection includes eight different versions, with each character represented on their own shoe as well as two versions of a Yo Gabba Gabba! group shoe in the high top and slip-on. Hanesbrands Inc.  announced the pricing of its offering of $1 billion in aggregate principal amount of its 6.375 percent senior notes due Dec. 15, 2020, at par. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by substantially all of the company’s existing domestic subsidiaries and by certain of its future restricted subsidiaries.

Liz Claiborne Inc.  announced earnings for the third quarter of 2010. For the third quarter of 2010 and on a GAAP basis, the loss per share from continuing operations was ($0.66) compared to a loss per share from continuing operations of ($0.93) for the third quarter of 2009.  Adjusted loss per share from continuing operations for the third quarter was ($0.24), compared to an adjusted loss per share from continuing operations of ($0.42) for the third quarter of 2009 (inclusive of a loss of ($0.20) per share in the third quarter of 2010 and ($0.07) in the third quarter of 2009, primarily resulting from the impact of changes in foreign currency exchange rates on our eurobond). Net sales for the third quarter were $658 million, a decrease of $103 million, or 13.6%, from the comparable 2009 period. Excluding the impact of an $83 million decrease in net sales of the Liz Claiborne family of brands resulting from the transition to the licensing models under the JCPenney and QVC arrangements, net sales decreased $20 million, or 2.7%.

True Religion Apparel, Inc.  announced financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010. Total net sales increased 12.5% to $92.8 million.  Net sales for the Company’s U.S. Consumer Direct segment, which includes the Company’s branded retail stores and e-commerce site, increased 42.0% to $46.3 million and accounted for 49.9% of the Company’s total net sales for the quarter. Third quarter same-store sales for the 63 stores open at least 12 months increased 9.0%. The Company operated 89 branded stores as of September 30, 2010, compared to 66 as of September 30, 2009.

Crocs, Inc.  reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010.  Revenue for the third quarter of 2010 increased 30% to $215.6 million, over recurring revenue of $165.7 million reported in the third quarter of 2009. Recurring revenue is a non-GAAP measure that excludes impaired product sales of $11.5 million in the third quarter of 2009. On a GAAP basis, third quarter revenue increased 22% year-over-year.  Net income for the third quarter 2010 improved to $25.0 million, or $0.28 per diluted share compared to net income of $22.1 million, or $0.25 per diluted share in the third quarter 2009.
